Exhibitor table registration PLUS Full Access Delegate Pass $ 145 (table) + $ 159 (Full Access Delegate Pass)

In order for us to best support your success as an exhibitor, we will accept only 3 exhibits of the same product, and only 1 exhibit per brand.

All Exhibitors will enjoy:

• Access to all Keynote Speakers & BreakOut/Workshop sessions
• Buffet breakfast AND lunch in the main theatre.
• One draped table and chair with space allocated in the main theatre trade show area, based on availability.
• Company Logo will be displayed on the Exhibitor’s page of the DARE TO THRIVE! website with a hyperlink to your company website
• One name badge
• Company logo will be displayed in the Exhibitor’s section in the printed DARE TO THRIVE! program and on the monitors in the theatre & foyers.
• E-blasts to VWN database.

Exhibitor tables are limited ~ We welcome you to complete and forward your application for a table exhibit as early as you can to avoid disappointment. Please fill-in and email to: Exhibits@DareToThrive.ca

Table perusal by all delegates will be between:
7:30 – 8:30 am • | • 9:20 – 9:50 am • | • 10:45 – 11:15 am • | • 12:00 – 12:45 pm • | • 2:30 – 3:00 pm • | • 4:30 – 5:00 pm • | • (2 3/4 hrs altogether)
